Interim Reports - An Interim Report should be included with a new proposal if the work on the previous year’s grant project is incomplete or not spent out at the time of application, nearly four months prior to the end of the grant year.

Final Reports - Final reports are the main tool we use to gauge our success as a funder, and are a key part of our decision making process.

The Award letter announcing your
grant will give you an approximate date when your report is due.

With the exception of certain special grants made by the Fund for UU Social Responsibility, most grants are for a period of one year.  The Final Report is expected at 13 months (July 31 for grants made in the Spring cycle of the previous year, and January 31 for grants made in the Fall cycle of the year 2 calendar years earlier).
