Interim and Final Reports (Follow Up Reports)

Interim and Final reports, which are to be completed in the UUFP Funding Center, are the main tool we use to gauge our success as a funder, and are a key part of our decision making process for returning applicants.  With the exception of certain special grants made by the Fund for UU Social Responsibility, most grants are for a period of one year, and the reports is expected at 6 and 13 months.  We try to set the due date for fall cycle grants to be January 31, and July 31 for Spring cycle grants).

Proposals for new or renewed funding will not be considered unless an Interim or Final report has been submitted for previous grants made.

Any funds not expended by the end of the grant period must be returned to us unless the period has been extended.
