Welcome to the Unitarian Universalist Funding Program
Announcements:
Friends!
Our new online application platform is live at our UUFP Funding Center but, the application form you seek might not be posted just yet. Read on!
In the UUFP Funding Center, you'll use your email address to create your user account. Setting up your User Account/Organization information may take more time than answering the application questions ~ and that's ok!
Once in the Funding Center, if you are not on the Application page, look for the "Apply" button at the top of the window.
Select the appropriate fund's application, and begin composing!
If the fund you seek is not there, it means we are not ready to share the application yet. Sometimes, we have to make tiny changes to the application. When we're ready, they'll be there!
For the Fall of 2020, we are almost ready! We expect them to be available no later than Tuesday, September 8. In the meantime, to help you start crafting your proposal, below are links to templates for our most recent application questions with the character limits noted. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL US ANYTHING. WE WILL NOT GET IT.
The Fund for a Just Society
The Fund for International Unitarian Universalism (available only in the Spring)
The Fund for Unitarian Universalism
The Fund for Unitarian Universalist Social Responsibility
Fund Spotlight:
The Fund for UU Social Responsibility has three SPECIAL GRANTS, and at this CRUCIAL MOMENT, we want to spotlight our Get Out the Vote grant!
There are 2 other grants from currently available:
Three of our other Funds will be available in the Fall! Watch this space for details!
If you experience any difficulties, simply send us an email at uufunding@gmail.com

Challenge Grant Awardees may use FAITHIFY to Fundraise

Many of our challenge grant recipients may now use FAITHIFY, Unitarian Universalism's crowdsourcing website, to fundraise for their challenge grants. Using FAITHIFY will allow you to activate your networks and connect with the larger UU community to raise these crucial challenge funds.
We want you to know that we are here to help. We've made posting a project on the site as simple as possible, and have documents and videos to help you every step of the way.
Go to faithify.org to get started. Let the faithifying begin!

A Note about the Grant Decision Process
- Panel meetings are held in Boston approximately two months after the application deadlines. Due to the confidential and financial information discussed in the deliberations, these meetings are not open to visitors.
- Results of our meetings are mailed and emailed as soon as possible and then posted on our website.
- UU Funding Program staff are happy to talk on the phone with anyone who has questions or wants more information about our process and results.
Be a FANTASTIC Fundraiser for Your UU Cause!
We have been so fortunate to work with fundraising gurus Kim Klein and Stephanie Roth and The Rowe Center each fall to present a fundraising workshop, inviting recent grant recipients from the Fund for UUism and the Fund for UU Social Responsibility. We are excited to share that The Rowe Center will offer the workshop again, virtually, in the fall of 2020! The knowledge and skills gained are invaluable! Watch this space or the website for The Rowe Center for new developments!
The Unitarian Universalist Funding Program (UUFP) is a denominational grantmaking program of the Unitarian Universalist Association.
